I started Heedly because waiting a whole year for one career conversation, with a manager who sees only part of the picture and rightly puts the firm first, never felt like the right way to grow. So Heedly starts with your own goals and ambitions, and keeps what your firm needs in view as well.

Background

Clemens has worked in in-house strategy and management consulting since 2025, with a focus on international growth, new markets and sales. Heedly, founded in 2026, runs alongside that work. Clemens holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, studied in Mainz, Germany, and Cape Town, South Africa.
