Your promotion, step by step
Milestones and skills in the right order, with or without a formal ladder.
Heedly is the career coach for consultants. It connects your career goals to the work on your desk this week, and keeps you from burning out on the way.
No card needed · every feature included
Most career goals are set once a year and forgotten by Monday.
Heedly brings yours into every workday.
Where you stand, what your level pays, and the milestones and skills between you and the next one, in the order that gets you there.
Milestones and skills in the right order, with or without a formal ladder.
Every three months from the day you start, so you see your progress instead of guessing it. Adrian reminds you.
Adrian knows your plan and your week. He picks one concrete step that fits the work already on your desk, and then he follows up.
Not a generic tip: a step toward your next milestone, sized to the room in your week.
You pick the day. Nothing lands in your week without you.
The next morning, one short question: done, partly, or didn't happen.
A smaller step, inside other work, or another day. Never the same advice again unchanged.
A career is a long game. Heedly watches the load you carry and protects the hours your best work needs.
One score from two 30-second check-ins. Lower is better. When it climbs, Adrian speaks up.
Demanding work goes into your focus hours, breaks stay blocked, and an overloaded day shows before you commit.
Adrian coaches the workday you actually have. Plan it in Heedly, or keep your own planner and tell him about your day.
01 A week you can see
A planner that knows what a day costs, with your Outlook or Google meetings beside your tasks.
Moving in from Asana, Trello, Excel or a plain list takes two minutes.
Five minutes in the evening, spoken or typed. Adrian turns your day into your burnout score, your wins and your progress.
Switch between the two in Settings, any time.
Keep your planner if you like it: Heedly works beside it. Or move your week in, in two minutes. See how

Nothing, unless you choose a plan. The trial needs no card and doesn't turn into a subscription by itself. If you don't subscribe, your account and everything in it stay saved and visible, but you can't change them or use the AI features until you choose a plan.
No. On the website, your first payment is taken on the day the trial would have ended. Only in its last two days is it taken right away.

Language models from OpenAI, called through Heedly's own server; the API key never reaches your device. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models. Nothing goes to the AI before you agree to it in the app, and you can switch the AI features off in Settings.
Nothing it needs. At onboarding you're asked to use matter codes or project code names instead of client names. As a second safeguard, client names on your list and well-known company names are swapped for code names before anything reaches the AI. Names on neither list are sent as you write them, and voice notes are sent as audio, which can't be masked.

Yes, on the App Store, with the same account and the same data. Subscriptions bought in the app cost more than on the website, because Apple takes a commission, and Apple bills them.
